Genuine Technics 45 adapter is included with the original parts accessories box. Original box & manual are included. See video and last two pictures for minor cosmetic faults. Original box with be boxed again for shipment. Some assembly will be required therefore appreciate the experienced knowledgeable buyer. My other job and family go without when video calls are required for basic setup, balance of the arm and trouble shooting the buyers system. To this date the buyer hooking one of my turntables up to his MP3 player and inquiring why one channel was out is the best of all time. You can download the manual online from several sources or contact myself for assistance as a last resort if needed. Watch video by copy and paste! https://youtu.be/VJVbiX0KSFs?si=sbvjrwpVFDla-9Nh
